<p>SYDNEY, Australia – 21 November 2008 - Vignette (NASDAQ: VIGN - News) today announced the recipients of the 2008 Vignette Excellence Awards. The awards recognise customers that have used Vignette solutions to create some of the most powerful and compelling Web sites and online properties for corporate, government and customer use. This year’s winners include MLC, the Media Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Motorola, QAD and Terra Networks.</p>
<p>Winners were recognized during Vignette Village 2008, the company's annual user conference that occurred in Austin, Texas.</p>

<p>MLC</p>
<p>MLC, the wealth management division of National Australia Bank, is one of the leading Web service providers for financial advisers and investors in Australia. After 10 years of using Vignette’s Imaging and Workflow solutions to manage all correspondence with MLC customers, advisers and employees, MLC turned to Vignette Portal and Content Management to create an integrated and consistent Web experience across all of the company’s Web sites.
