Dimension Data Australia awarded Gold Certified Partner status from Genesys

<p>Dimension Data has achieved Gold Certified Partner status from Genesys in two certification categories: “Gold GVP Certified Partner” (Genesys Voice Portal) and “Gold Suite Certified Partner.” Gold Certified Partner status is the foundation of the Genesys Partner Program at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel-Lucent company (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU). The Gold Certified initiative was launched in 2005 with the goal of creating a network of certified partners to better meet the diverse needs of the global Genesys customer community. The Genesys Partner Program - and the Gold Certified Partner initiative - provides a framework for partners to achieve baseline competencies set by Genesys for quality in designing, implementing and supporting Genesys products and solutions, and be recognized for technical expertise and a superior record of customer service.</p>
<p>Dimension Data is the first Genesys partner from the Asia-Pacific region to achieve Gold Certified Partner status, and the first partner in the region to achieve both the Gold GVP and Gold Suite certifications. Michael McBrien, Senior Vice President, APAC Field Operations at Genesys said, “The Gold Certified initiative improves customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality implementations. In achieving the “Gold GVP Certified Partner” and “Gold Suite Certified Partner” status, Dimension Data was required to meet the following criteria:</p>
<p>· Demonstrate a proven history of successful customer implementations</p>
<p>· Highlight record of achieving high customer satisfaction rates (based on customer surveys)</p>
<p>· Operate a full laboratory infrastructure for all certified and supported Genesys products</p>
<p>· Provide extensive employee training for all certified and supported Genesys products</p>
<p>· Adhere to professional services methodologies and best practice, and provide technical support.</p>
