Sydney, Australia - December 2 2008 – NComputing, the leading provider
of desktop virtualization appliances, has appointed John Robinson as country
manager for Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific Islands. He will lead
company operations in the region, including sales and channel development across
all regional markets.

Robinson joins NComputing with more than 20 years of experience in the IT and
semiconductor industries, including senior appointments at IBM and AMD. He was
also a sales and marketing director with Digital Communications Group, where
he established market awareness and channel partnerships for the LevelOne brand
of IT networking products and solutions.

“John has a great track record with valuable experience and keen insights.
ANZ is one of our fastest growth regions and John is an ideal match to bring
affordable computing to the schools and businesses here,” said Manish
Sharma, vice-president of sales (Asia Pacific) of NComputing.

The NComputing solution is based on a simple fact: today’s PCs are so
powerful that the vast majority of applications only use a small fraction of
its capacity. NComputing technology creates multiple virtual desktops on a single
PC so that many users can tap the unused capacity and share it as if each person
had their own computer, but at revolutionary low prices. In less than two years,
NComputing has already sold more than one million seats worldwide.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for me to help NComputing expand its
reach in the region and serve the pressing need for affordable computing,”
said Robinson. “The NComputing shared-computing solution is ideal for
everyone who can benefit from low-cost computing—especially schools, businesses
and government. The appliances are simple to install and maintain and versatile
enough to go from the classroom to the office to the toughest factory floors.
It’s also the greenest computing solution on earth. It is no wonder that
so many resellers are adding NComputing to their portfolios.”
It’s easy to set up, it’s compact and quiet when printing and to top if off, the print quality is excellent. This is hands down the best printer I’ve used for printing labels.
