500 Customers Mark Milestone For Kaseya In Australia & New Zealand

Managed services market leader relocates to larger premises with in-house training facilities for the channel.

<p>Kaseya, the leading global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organisations, has announced a milestone of 500 customers across Australia and New Zealand.</p>
<p>To accommodate the company’s rapid growth, Kaseya has recently moved its regional headquarters from North Sydney to larger premises in Sydney’s CBD. The new office features onsite training facilities, which will house quarterly boot camps for the channel.</p>
<p>Tim Dickinson, Regional Director for Kaseya Australia and New Zealand, said: “We grew our local customer base in ANZ by 60 per cent in the last six months alone. Kaseya has now become synonymous with managed services.”</p>
<p>He added: “Channel training and education are vital to our partners’ success. With our new training facilities, we help our MSP partners boost their revenue and profitability with even better technical and marketing assistance. Together, we can take their managed services business to the next level.”</p>
<p>The company’s new MSP partners in Australia include, among others:</p>
<p>• PKBA, a national IT and telecommunication service provider servicing 6,000 customers from 16 industry verticals including state and local government;</p>
<p>• Go Computers, who replaced N-able with Kaseya’s managed service platform due to its superior functionality and licensing model;</p>
<p>• Kiandra, a Melbourne-base IT solutions provider who was globally recognised as Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year 2009.</p>
<p>Kaseya has also opened an office in Auckland. Sim Bong will further strengthen Kaseya’s market presence in New Zealand as newly appointed regional manager.</p>
