“ADC KRONE Australia continues to meet the needs of its customers with the design and manufacture of innovative products from its facility in Berkeley Vale on the NSW Central Coast,” said Rhona Turnley, product manager for ADC KRONE. “The shuttered outlet is another clever home grown, feature-rich design that is suitable for both Category 6A and Category 6 cabling.”

• Shutter prevents contaminants from entering the outlet
• Contacts are protected from damage caused by inserting foreign objects into the outlet
• A 2-step feature to open the shutter provides added security

The outlet is available in three variants – CopperTen™ FMK, Category 6 FMK and Category 6 Rotoloc. The Rotoloc Outlet has an additional safety feature, a locking mechanism that prevents the outlet from being pushed through the faceplate. The Rotoloc technology is designed and developed by Hager, who has developed a Rotoloc Faceplate to fit with the ADC KRONE outlet.
