MyNetFone offers 12 months of free calls

Naked ADSL2+ plans include monthly quota of VoIP calls to landlines and mobiles

Australian VoIP telco MyNetFone is offering free VoIP calls for people who sign up to its Naked ADSL2+ plans.

The offer is available until 30 June for people who sign up with MyNetPhone for 12 months or longer. The standard, premium and deluxe plans (60GB, 90 GB and 120GB respectively) include 100 free, untimed local or national calls per month over a one year period. The premium and deluxe plans also offer 100 minutes of free calls to mobiles per month.

The MyNetFone Naked ADSL2+ plans also include two free telephone lines, with prices set at $59.95, $79.95 and $99.95 respectively. MyNetFone is touting no line rental fees, no excess download fees and free unlimited technical support.

The all-in-one modem required to use the MyNetFone Naked ADSL2+ service costs $149 and the setup fee is $199 if the customer doesn't sign a contract. This is discounted to $129 if the customer signs on for 12 months, or $49 for a two-year contract.

Users should also note that they will lose their landline telephone number when they switch to Naked ADSL2+, but will be provided with a new number from MyNetFone that will be associated with their VoIP service.
