Left 4 Dead 2's first DLC campaign, The Passing, is due out next week on the Xbox 360, allowing gamers to see the characters of the two zombie-killing sims interact with each other.
Left 4 Dead 2's premiere DLC, The Passing, was recently delayed without a concrete release date being provided in its wake. Thankfully, the wait won't have been too long, as the official Left 4 Dead blog brings news that the crossover DLC will be coming this week. Given the Xbox 360's DLC release schedule, expect to see the content this Wednesday, the 21st for $7, while PC owners will get the content for free.
The blog post also comes with news of the Left 4 Dead 2 meta-band The Midnight Riders coming to Rock Band via the Rock Band Network. Additionally, crossover mods have been created bringing the worlds of Half Life 2 into Left 4 Dead 2, while additional mods will bring Left 4 Dead 2 and Sam & Max into games like Team Fortress 2. All of these lead into this week's Left 4 Dead 2-meets-1 DLC, which will end far less pleasantly than most crossovers.
