Apple's iPad has been in high demand on its launch day in Australia
Apple has finally launched its iPad tablet in Australia. Unfortunately, if you haven't pre-ordered an iPad and you didn't join the hundreds of keen geeks in the queues this morning at Apple's new Bondi Junction store (or another official Apple Store) you might find getting your hands on Apple's latest device a little difficult.
Though most Apple Stores still have a limited supply of iPads, your best bet is finding an authorised Apple reseller that sells the iPad. You can find out where the iPad is being sold using a handy search tool on Apple's Web site — simply enter your postcode and the site will bring up a list of the closest retail outlets that stock the device.
Authorised Apple resellers include selected JB Hi-Fi, David Jones, DSE, Myer, Next Byte, Domayne and Comp Now stores, but not every store will stock iPads, so it's best to do your research first. For example, the following stores are stocking iPads in the Sydney CBD and surrounding areas:
Powermedia Surry Hills
