<p>WHEN: January 25, 2005 (U.S. time) or January 26, 2005 (Sydney time).</p>
<p>NOTES: A conference call for analysts and journalists is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. on January 25 New York time, which is 12:30 a.m. on January 26 Sydney time.
