Ever been on an endless search for a bottle opener during a big night out? Two Australian entrepreneurs feel your pain and have designed an iPhone case that double as a bottle opener.

The Opena case, billed as the world's first iPhone 4 case with a slide out bottle opener, was designed and developed by Australian pair Rob Ward and Chris Peters.

"If you're anything like us you like to travel light," said the pair on the Opena Web site. "The one thing we always have on us is our phones. The one thing we always seem to be looking for is a bottle opener."

"Some of our friends carry bottle openers on their keys but there are times when you don't always have your keys with you, especially if your having a big night out and might be tempted to drive home," they said.

The founders said they spent a considerable amount of time designing, prototyping and testing their ideas to create a smooth, clean product. They say the thin Opena case will not scratch an iPhone, nor does it require force to open a bottle.

The Opena's slide out bottle opener is manufactured from laser cut stainless steel, while the case itself is made from ABS plastic and has a textured surface finish.

The Opena project was brought about on Kickstarter, a worldwide funding platform for creative projects. The project has so far received 541 backers for a total of $26,737 — well over the original $15,000 goal.

The Opena case will sell for $39.95 and is expected to be available in August, initially though the Opena Web site.

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.

Ultimately, I think the Windows 10 environment is excellent for me as it caters for so many different uses. The inclusion of the Xbox app is also great for when you need some downtime too!

For me, the Xbox Play Anywhere is a great new feature as it allows you to play your current Xbox games with higher resolutions and better graphics without forking out extra cash for another copy. Although available titles are still scarce, but I’m sure it will grow in time.
