<p>CRC SPIN-OFF REBRANDS FOR SUCCESS</p>
<p>Introducing Mantara Software</p>
<p>Brisbane - November 11th 2003 - Australian software start-up Advanced
Messaging Technologies Pty Ltd has introduced a new trading name and
brand, as it gears up for capital-raising and international expansion
initiatives.</p>
<p>Mantara Software, as the firm is now known, emerged last month from DSTC,
one of Australia's leading IT research bodies. Mantara Software will
further commercialise Elvin, a universal network messaging technology
capable of delivering millions of discrete messages at high speed to any
number of information consumers.</p>
<p>Elvin is already being used by securities trading firms in the United
States to distribute market quote feeds and transaction data, a role it
can perform in a fraction of the time taken by incumbent technologies.
It has also been licensed to customers for telecommunications and military
simulation applications.</p>
<p>"Mantara gives us a name and platform to aggressively go to the market
with," said Bill Segall, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder Mantara
Software. "We can leverage the strong awareness of Elvin within the
community and extend that momentum through a marketable presence."</p>
<p>Segall added that Mantara's customers and partners have been encouraging
of the new moniker. "We have been using the new name commercially for
some weeks now, and our customers love it, especially for the US market."</p>
<p>The majority of Mantara's customers are based in the United States. Next
on the to-do list for the company is a round of capital-raising, with
interest already being shown by international investors.</p>
<p>"We should finalize an investment in the next few months, allowing us to
dramatically expand our customer base and operations in 2004", said
Segall.</p>
<p>About Mantara Software</p>
<p>Mantara Software is an Australian developer of advanced network messaging
software. Its flagship product, Elvin, gives enterprises the power to
