Porn removed from JetStream games site

Telecom New Zealand has removed a collection of soft core pornographic photos from its JetStream Games website at following a complaint from a member of the public.

The site was part of the forum pages set up by Telecom for online game players to discuss various issues: these discussions are grouped in threads to ensure players stay on topic.

One clan, ChopperS, had added a discussion thread called Babes and allowed its members to post non-pornographic photos there, however some members appear to have been abusing the situation. Clans are groups of online gamers who play on the same team.

"My 10 year old son found that site," writes the complainant. "It is totally unacceptable for this content to be on a site like this."

Telecom's group marketing manager for consumer, Sandra Geange, also finds such abuse of the system unacceptable.

"I'd just like to apologise now to the father of that boy."

Geange says the games themselves are often rated for violence or realism but that the forums are open to anyone of any age and as such cannot allow such postings. Geange says the site is moderated but as it receives around 400 postings a day it is difficult to remove unacceptable posts as soon as they appear.

"Obviously between these posts being put up and the moderator removing them this customer's son found the site."

It really doesn’t get more “gaming laptop” than this.

As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess (sports mode if you will) in between.

The MSI PS63 is an amazing laptop and I would definitely consider buying one in the future.
