Vodafone switches more telcos over to 4G

Another five telcos able to offer 4G service on Vodafone’s network

Customers of another five telcos that use Vodafone’s network will be soon be able to access 4G services, the company announced today.

Already two Mobile Virtual Network Operators — TPG Mobile and Kogan — offer 4G services on the telco’s network.

Lebara customers will be switched over the 4G on 30 June, while Macquarie Telecom, Hello Mobile, GoTalk and Pivotel Prepaid will offer 4G services by 6 July.

Vodafone announced earlier this year that it had completed the roll out of 4G across its network.

Vodafone in April revealed it was going to begin shifting MVNOs to its 4G network.

Telstra Wholesale opened up 4G to MVNOs in April. MVNOs on the Optus network also sell 4G services.
