JBL announces Link View, a Smart Display with Google Assistant

JBL has announced the launch of Link View in Australia.

Joining the already released Link 10, 20 and 300, Link View is a voice-controlled Smart Display with Google Assistant built in.

The JBL Link View incorporates an 8-inch high-definition display with touch screen and a 5-megapixel from-facing camera.

Users can use Google Assistant to view pictures, stream audio and video ask questions, scan recipes and make video calls.

“When we launched the Link series last year it represented a major milestone for us, as the first voice-activated, multi-room speakers to use the Google Assistant and deliver Grammy award-winning JBL sound,” says Marcus Fry, Brand Activation Director of JBL at Harman.

“Research shows voice activated speakers are no mere novelty. Sixty percent of owners now consider them a necessity. By continuing to enhance their experience by adding HD display with a touch screen and a front-facing camera, people will find even more ways to make these speakers an important part of their lives, routines and enjoyment.”

JBL’s new Link View will be available in October 2018 for $349.95. You can buy them through the JBL Online Store here.

It really doesn’t get more “gaming laptop” than this.

MSI GS75

As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess (sports mode if you will) in between.

MSI PS63

The MSI PS63 is an amazing laptop and I would definitely consider buying one in the future.
