Philips expands Hue range

Signify has announced two new iterations to its Philips Hue range, Hue White and Colour ambiance candle and Hue White Ambiance Spot.

The Hue white ambiance spot is an extension of the Hue white ambiance range. The tuneable white light enables users to adjust the colour temperature from warm to cool lighting.

“The introduction of Hue White and Colour Candle and Hue White Ambiance Spot lights mark the next move in creating seamless integration in every room in the home,” said Sam Deaden, Consumer Channel Marketing Manager.

“With smart lighting intelligent enough to improve the overall lifestyles of Australians, these new variants allow more freedom and control over the ambiance in the home.”

Both products can be controlled via the Philips Hue app and through voice control. Customers can also get automated control with the Philips Hue motion sensor, meaning Australians can control lighting in the home with their presence and movement.

Philips Hue White and Colour Ambiance Candle single bulb is available for $69. The Hue White Ambiance Spot is available for $89. Both products require a Philips Hue Bridge, available for $89.
