Frontier makes some Noise

Frontier Solutions and Strategies is looking to recruit resellers to stock its new line of noise reduction headphones.
The Queensland-based distributor has signed an agreement to be the sole Australian and New Zealand supplier for Pro Tech Communications' range of Noisebuster peripherals.
Managing director, Paul Hughes, said the products would round off its portfolio of health, safety and ergonomics products.
"Our aim is to provide products that address the main areas of concern for health and safety in the workplace which are RSI & CTS and noise," he said.
The distributor will also be adding Pro Tech's Noisebuster Electronic Noise Cancelling Safety Earmuff in late September, once it is released in the US.
"We've found that people are using them to reduce office noise and reduce noise while working out of the office, so computer resellers overseas are selling bundles with laptops and PCs," Hughes said. "People are also using them with Web cams and multimedia set-ups for excellent sound."
Frontier Solutions plans to focus on a range of markets from Home PC resellers to ergonomic suppliers, he said.
"Even companies that sell to travel agencies who, in turn, can sell to traveling customers that have to put up with noisy plane flights will be targeted," he said.
The Noisebuster headphones are available now for RRP $158. Discounted prices for bulk purchases are available to resellers.
