Entrepreneurs might know their product backwards and have business degrees from the best universities (or not). But few have a clue about getting their message out to the media. We asked Lauren Clancy from Max Australia to talk about her industry and give pointers on what PR can do for you.

Public Relations helps you establish and grow your brand’s reputation by getting your message in front of the right audience. As a new, local, start-up the chances are your business isn’t yet well known on a national or global scale. In order to operate on a level playing field with international competitors, it’s imperative to get into the public eye sooner rather than later.
