Road Angel Navigator

With an ever increasing amount of red light cameras, accident blackspots and variable speed limits on today's roads, driving can at times be a risky business. The Road Angel Navigator, which features a fully fledged GPS and a comprehensive road safet...

Samsung Z500

Who said 3G phones have to be big and clunky? Samsungs latest 3G offering, the SGH-Z500 is a compact flip phone that claims the title as the world's smallest 3G mobile. Sleek and stylish, much in the same mould as the E720 and E730, don't let the siz...

Navman iCN520

Portability is the biggest advantage of the Navman iCN520, which offers a comprehensive set of the navigation features in a compact frame. The drawback of smaller units like the iCN 520 is that they require a stylus for input, which is just about imp...

O2 Xda IIs

The second model in the Xda II range, the O2 Xda IIs offers users an extensive array of features, delivering both a fully featured mobile phone and PDA.

Navman iCN 635

While Navman has impressed us in the past with its GPS navigation products, the Navman iCN 635 doesn't live up to the same standard as many of its other products. It lacks an LCD touch screen, and internal battery and is housed inside a heavy and bul...

The LaCie SAFE Mobile Hard Drive uses biometric security to control access to confidential data. More secure than traditional password or smart cards, the SAFE drives uses fingerprint scans to ensure that confidential information can be protected at ...

Toshiba SD63HK

Toshiba's SD63HK home theatre kit offers just about everything you need to set up your own home cinema (except a screen). The small system was designed by KOI and features four satellite speakers, a centre speaker, subwoofer and DVD player.

Panasonic DMR-EH60

Having been so impressed with Panasonic's DMR-ES30 combo DVD recorder and VHS player, we were looking forward to seeing what Panasonic could do with a hard disk in the box. Sadly, the answer is not much more than it does without one. Rather than take...

Samsung SGH-E820T

The bulky Samsung SGH-E820T Push to Talk (PTT) phone won't win any prizes for looks, and with its limited functionality, poorly laid-out controls and lack of multimedia options, this is one unit to steer clear of.

Samsung SGH-E720

While the tri-band Samsung SGH-E720 impressed us with its bright LCD screen, 1 megapixel camera and cleverly designed interface, this multimedia phone lacks some key functions.

Nokia 6230i

Nokia dominates the phone market in Australia and with good reason: it continues to produce quality mobiles such as the 6230i, which boasts a 1.3 megapixel camera, a simple graphical interface and expandable memory.

Motorola V635

The quad-band V635 features a colour screen, MP3 player, 1.2 megapixel camera and video capture in a clamshell design. Weighing 133g (which is rather heavy for phones this small) and measuring 49 x 89 x 25mm, the V635 is a sturdy and compact unit tha...

Motorola ROKR E1

Much of the apparent disappointment with the long-awaited Motorola ROKR E1 stems from the fact that many consumers were expecting a true 'iPod Phone'. While we feel Motorola have produced a worthwhile standalone phone, this attempted fusion of mobile...

Samsung SGH-E730

Marketed as the Fifth Fantastic, the stylish Samsung SGH-E730 is an update to the popular SGH-E720, with an improved 1.3 megapixel camera, increased Bluetooth speed and new FM radio tuner function. But once again, no memory expansion slot is provided...

The HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile Printer is a great device that fits perfectly into my fast paced and mobile lifestyle. My first impression of the printer itself was how incredibly compact and sleek the device was.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8730

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.
