Digital Business Analyst

CBD Location | $300 per day to $400 per day inc Super

Responsibilities in this role include:

    • Capture and develop technical documentation, undertake business process modelling, use case modelling, risk analysis and process management

    • Data modelling process capacity, coupled with a basic understanding of relational database structures and the writing of write simple SQL queries

    • Determine gaps between business and marketing needs and the current web offering.

    • Identify opportunities for continuous development in order to support the digital operational activities across the organisation

    • Provide timely and insightful analysis to better understand online behaviour.

    • Conduct research relating to digital channel penetration and customer behaviours/ preference

    To be considered for this role you need to have:

    • 2+ years of experience working as a BA across digital services programs

    • Knowledge of digital and business analytics or web analytics

    • Involvement in analysis of digital customer data

    • Understanding of data analysis, data structures and SQL

    • Interest and involvement working in the Agile Scrum environment

    • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
