Test Analyst

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Test Analyst to join a government client to assist with developing and managing a comprehensive framework that services new products and the ongoing maintenance requirements of the existing products.
As a Test Analyst, you will be required to:

  • Design Test Matrix's and provide traceability back to the requirements;
  • Create test cases and test coverage analysis;
  • Execution of test cases and defect tracking;
  • Work with others within the branch to define testing inputs.
  • Perform peer reviews of documentation, test cases and test summary reports and post implementation reviews.
The successful candidate must have:
  • A minimum of 5 years testing experience;
  • Relevant Information Technology qualifications and ISTQB qualifications preferred;
  • Proven experience in being able to analyse complex, technical or legislation based specifications;
  • Ability to learn new applications, business processes and procedures quickly;
  • Some experience in Content Management System (preferably DRUPAL) desirable;
  • Some experience in Atlassian products (eg JIRA, Crowd and Confluence) desirable; and
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
