The Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting the successful and efficient delivery of projects through the provision of efficient and effective project and program coordination to the project manager, and or Senior Portfolio Manager along with providing relevant assistance to the Project Support Office. The Program Coordinator will also work with the Change Manager, Architect/Technical Lead, Business Analyst, and other project team members as required.
Additionally, Program Coordinator is required to ensure projects are delivery in accordance with Delivery Framework and Governance processes. This will be achieved by working with Project and Portfolio Managers, providing consultation on delivery processes and practices. As part of continuous improvement framework, Program Coordinator is required to contribute improvement ideas, call out gaps/inefficiencies, and propose improvement solutions to the Delivery Practices.

Specific Skills and Experience required

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and/or experience in IT Project Management disciplines.
  • Extensive experience in IT systems implementations and experience in developing and producing high level project and portfolio artefacts
  • Previous experience in Education sector would be an advantage
  • Experience working with multiple projects in a large corporate environment
