We are currently looking for a Senior Python Developer for a long term contract role based in the Melbourne CBD.

We are currently looking for a Senior Python Developer for a long term contract role based in the Melbourne CBD.

Under the guidance of a Quant Developers and investment team members, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and support tactical investment solutions. These solutions can include building financial models and automating manual processes for the fund's investment teams

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the below experience:

  • Senior development experience of 5-10+ years
  • Strong Python programming expertise
  • Experience with development of tactical investment tools for investment teams across multiple investment classes
  • Strong knowledge and experience of development and collaboration tools such as Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence and/or other similar tools
  • Ability to work on both, developing tactical solutions and contributing to development frameworks

Please note that you will need to have Australian Citizenship along with 5+ years of Australian track record or Baseline Clearance in order to be successful in this role.
