Lotus Notes to Outlook O365 migration

A Project Manager is required for a long term contract role for a Lotus Notes to Outlook (O365) Migration in Melbourne CBD.

The IT service provider will be managing the technical implementation, however a Project Manager with deep experience in Lotus to Outlook migrations is needed to ensure risks are understood and all opportunities are taken to shape the solution.

Experience required:


    • Experienced in migrating >1000 users from Lotus Notes to Outlook in Office 365.

    • Experienced in using Quest tools / methodology to support migration.

    • Demonstrated analytical ability to develop solutions for managing issues during the hybrid Notes / Outlook period (resource bookings / group mails / etc.)

    • Demonstrated ability to manage all elements of project delivery, including accurate schedule and budget reporting

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, including working with an outsourced IT provider (who will be driving the technical implementation)

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic.
