The Reporting Analyst, End User Computing works with the senior execurtives, partners and vendors which deliver the end user computing services across the client's environment. It provides business and service expertise and support for the management of the IT infrastructure services.
Job Description

  • Gather business requirements for service development and improvement
  • Work with EUC Product Owners to translate these business requirements into product specifications.
  • Perform financial analysis of EUC services (i.e. Service costing and pricing, and benchmarking)
  • Support the budget processes
  • Assist with business case development
  • Provide input into the EUC roadmap
Skills Required
  • 5+ years working with Infrastructure technologies, preferably end user compute.
  • Experience with project delivery
  • Experience with new product selection
  • Experience in using tools to develop analytics and insight

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.
