Administration Support / Resource Coordinator

Our client is currently looking for an experience administration support / resource coordination person to work within a large, fast paced environment.
Outline of major duties:

  • Support the provision of efficient and cost effective resource management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers, HR business partners for resource engagements.
  • Facilitate coordination support for Line Managers to manage and track all Resource data from initial engagement through to on boarding.
  • Ongoing Management of Resource Data.

Skills required:
  • Proven experience within a fast paced organisation delivering efficient, accurate and reliable administration support.
  • Exceptional eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in understanding and managing own workloads by prioritisation.
  • Ability to work to agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Time management and high-level organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.
