Business Analyst - Technical background

An exciting 6 months contract opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to work with this Global Consulting Organisation.


Our client is a Australian leading Utilities and enegry organisation, extremely well branded with a very corporate environment. Great Melbourne CBD location, close to all transport and shops.
A dynamic and flexible environment will provide for the right candidate experience with an Enterprise Giant!


To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Analyse business requirements documented in Business Requirement Specification / Functional Requirement Specification / Impact Assessments
  • Facilitate workshops with all relevant stakeholders, CCB architects and designers to understand requirements and/or present and validate potential solutions
  • Capture system/component requirements for C1 components to establish the boundaries for each component's proposed solution and state its functional capabilities to be delivered to the users.
  • Create/update and manage Interface Agreements
  • Create Use Cases/User Stories
  • Verify that the solution meets the requirements and the business needs.
  • Validate the proposed solution against requirements (gap analysis).
  • Identify risks, actions, issues and dependencies associated with the requirements at an early stage.
  • Manage the Requirement Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM)
  • Provide Build and test support
  • CCB knowledge is mandatory.
