Delivery Manager

One of our key clients are looking to engage services of a highly experienced Delivery Manager on an initial 6 month contract with 2 possible year extensions. The role requires you to be responsible for coaching multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality intranet products and services. This person is also required to concurrently manage content audit and development. While the primary role is to manage delivery however you are also required to contribute to content solutions including content auditing, information architecture and content design. You will have a minimum baseline security clearance.

To be successful for the role you will:

  • You will have deep expertise in agile methodologies and ability to drive team action to deliver products and services that meet user needs.
  • You will have demonstrated experience designing and launching quality user-centred web and mobile products.
  • You will have demonstrated experience and understanding of information architecture and content design, including writing for web.
  • You will have demonstrated experience moving ideas from conception to release advocating for clean and accessible solutions along the whole service journey.
  • You will have a minimum baseline security clearance

To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience as a Service Delivery Manager, working on complex programs of work. Experience in Service Delivery in a large Government Department will be highly regarded.
