Desktop Support & Procurement Analyst

Short term contract opportunity to work in the service delivery management space and assist with desktop support along with IT stock management. The role will require you to fulfil technical service requests and provide desktop support services via telephone, and by using remote assistance technology. Administartive actions inculde maintaining the CMDB, maintaining stock levels.

Key role and responsibility:

  • Monitoring queues and incoming requests to ensure effective service delivery
  • Facilitating problem activities to address root causes
  • Preparation of briefings
  • ARIBA processing (raising purchase orders, processing invoices, setting up new suppliers in system and other administrative task as directed by the Manager)
  • Stock co-ordination for end user devices
