A Helpdesk Analyst with a strong customer focus is required for a permanent role in Melbourne to provide Level 1 and 2 support.

Supporting the deployment of a product, you will provide hardware and software support via phone and email, as well as provide onsite training of the new product. You will use your strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical clients

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in customer service providng phone and email support.
  • Basic LAN/WAN network understanding.
  • Windows Server environment experience.
  • Functional experience with virtualized environment.
  • Previous IT Helpdesk experience.
  • Experience using support ticket system.
