Change and Communication Manager

An exciting opportunity for a contract role for a Change and Communication Manager to be part of an implementation of a Digital Transformation Project located in Melbourne CBD with the Victorian State Government.

As a Change and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the people side of change, including the changes to the business processes, systems and technology.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Improve change management strategies
  • Provide day to day change management leadership
  • Deliver the change work as per agreed change management plans, ensuring coordination and integration of activities across the projects
  • Delivery and management of communications
  • Conduct Impact Analysis
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management
  • Risk Analysis

Experience required:
  • Strong experience and knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and tools (ADKAR preferred)
  • Ability to write corporate communication
  • Ability to work across multiple projects teams
