Our client is establishing an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and as part of this will be providing support and advice to projects and programs. There are two programs being formally established, with sub-projects/streams at various levels of progress. The programs have a mix of people, process and IT change within them.
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to work across both programs and their sub-projects. It's important that you can work with a variety of stakeholders and teams, where there will be varying opinions regarding processes and solution options.
- Assist in setting up the enterprise portfolio office
- Support the formal establishment of project controls for some programs/projects (setup of project tools/documents/registers)
- Write Project/Program Management Plan (MS Word document)
- Scheduling (incl. dependencies) in MS Project
- Manage and update registers i.e. risks, issues, decisions, etc.
- Assist with regular project/program status reporting
- Secretariat for the Program Steering Committee
