Pros

  • Good for resource monitoring

Cons

  • Google Gadgets is probably better for weather info and other widgets

Bottom Line

If you want a good resource monitor utility and don't need much else, Rainmeter could be what you're after. But if you also want customisable weather or other widgets, you'll probably be better off going with Google Gadgets (available when you install the Google Desktop) or another widget program.

Would you buy this?

Rainmeter can put system monitors, news displays and other widgets on your desktop.

Rainmeter's resource-usage widget in particular looks good and offers solid info.

That said, Rainmeter in its current form is meant mostly for techies.

The tool runs from the system tray. You'll need to right-click Rainmeter's systray icon and choose an option from the Configs menu to get started. The choices for system meters (under the Bar and System config menus) look good, and offer useful info such as CPU, memory and network usage, along with drive space monitors.

But other options feel unfinished. For instance, you can only choose from four cities for weather, and can't add your own. And if you right-click a displayed Rainmeter widget and choose Edit Settings, you'll see the raw options file displayed in Notepad without any clues as to what changes what.

I would recommend this device for families and small businesses who want one safe place to store all their important digital content and a way to easily share it with friends, family, business partners, or customers.

It’s easy to set up, it’s compact and quiet when printing and to top if off, the print quality is excellent. This is hands down the best printer I’ve used for printing labels.

The print quality also does not disappoint, it’s clear, bold, doesn’t smudge and the text is perfectly sized.

The Huddle Board’s built in program; Sharp Touch Viewing software allows us to easily manipulate and edit our documents (jpegs and PDFs) all at the same time on the dashboard.

The biggest perks for me would be that it comes with easy to use and comprehensive programs that make the collaboration process a whole lot more intuitive and organic
